In-house manufacturing enables us to effectively control quality, reduce end user costs, and fast track production when required.

Displaymode boasts 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Northamptonshire. We have dedicated rooms for each discipline and dust free environments for product finishing. Raw materials are brought in for processing and stored in our warehouse. Each department radiates off the main warehouse to provide an efficient flow process for speed of manufacture. Plastics are cut and shaped on one of eight high powered laser cutting machines or CNC router cut depending on the edge finish required. We have separate rooms for diamond and flame polishing acrylics. And a digital print room for media, graphics and vinyl production.

Using the latest Geiss vacuum forming machines we can process up to 2 metres in length, with ancillary cutting and shaping facilities. We have a comprehensive joinery workshop with full CNC router shaping and cutting of boards up to 3 metres. We also specialise in solid surface materials and work with glass components for high quality fixtures. Our second floor is fitted out with 25 plastic heat bending stations, with 8,000 square feet of assembly and collation. We have areas dedicated to metal work, engineering components and building tools. Separate prototyping workshops, spray painting booths and hydraulic press machines for cutting a wide variety of thinner materials.
