Our project managers oversee each job after delivery and installation. Alongside the project managers we have a team of ‘After sales’ staff who monitor dedicated phone lines and provide information and support should any problems be experienced. Our ‘After sales’ team provide store staff with training or assembly assistance, should clients want their own staff to assemble units in store. We can also provide guidance for software, graphic or communication updates to existing fixtures.

We can also provide helpful videos and downloadable instructions for large scale projects. Display units may have complex functions or illuminated graphic areas that might need updating by store staff in the future. Our ‘After sales’ staff can also provide area manager training for your own visual merchandising teams when necessary. This element of our service is just one of the many ways Displaymode ensure that every project runs smoothly with maximum compliance.
